Accounts Clerk and Payroll

Accounts Payable / Receivable, Payroll, Immediate Start.

Accounts Payable / Receivable:

  • Processing of all invoices
  • Process weekly payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile statements
  • Raise new creditors and maintain
  • Petty cash management
  • Processing receipts and purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers and contractors on account matters

Payroll

  • Process weekly Payroll end to end
  • Maintaining Employee Data
  • Interpret of EBA and Modern Award
  • Assistance with processing timesheets
  • Adhoc duties where required
  • Communicate with employee's and Labour Hire companies

 

Position Specification:

5 years experience in an Accounts / Bookkeeping function:

5 years experience in Payroll

Accurate and timely processing of high volume invoices on a daily basis

Ability to provide back-up

Good computer skills, MS Office

Excellent Communication, customer service, rapport-building skills and ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Work in a team environment and assist other team members as needed
