An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join the Administration team in our Sydney office on an 8-month contract to cover parental leave (with the possibility of an extension).
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Screening, re-directing and responding to incoming calls and inquiries.
Providing a high level of diary management.
Drafting written correspondence.
Coordinating and booking travel and accommodation.
Managing expenses and reconciling AMEX statements.
Coordinating the archiving of office documents hard copies and soft copies.
Setting up of teleconferences for Executives (liaison with the relevant parties).
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Providing support to other Sydney administrative staff, if and when required.
Your Skills and Expertise
A minimum two years Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is required;
Prior experience in the Financial Services industry, or experience in a Dealers Assistant role would be highly regarded;
A high level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet strict deadlines;
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written skills;
High level attention to detail;
Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
