Located in the Adelaide CBD, International Oyster and Seafoods is a family business which has been established in South Australia for over 55 years.
We are involved in the processing and distribution of quality seafood, meat, poultry & frozen foods to the restaurant and hospitality industry.
We are looking for a Store Person / Order Picker to join our team. Previous experience in coolroom and freezer environment is preferred. We offer good working conditions in a great team environment.
You will need to be hard working, motivated, healthy and have a positive attitude to fit in with our team and culture.
The role includes
Working in freezers & cold rooms
Receiving of bulk goods,
Managing storage of freezer stock & stock rotation
Picking and packing orders.
Stock take and keeping track of stock levels.
Assisting with the loading of vans for dispatch
Cleaning, maintenance and organisation of relevant work areas.
Some delivery driving may be required
Various other tasks involved in a busy distribution and processing business.
A Fork Lift license is preferred but not essential
To the right candidate we offer good secure consistent work in a friendly, family orientated environment. Reimbursement is offered on a casual hourly rate with 35 to 38 regular hours plus per week at the full industry award. Regular Saturday morning shifts will be required on a roster system and overtime is applicable where required.
