As the electric motor division team administration assistant you will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner. Reporting directly to the EMD Stock Manager you will have a variety of tasks to complete on a daily basis.
Provide administrative support
Process daily sales orders
Raise Purchase orders
Process payment to suppliers
Create and update new product code
Operation Liaison between TECO Australia and suppliers
Daily stock Transfer
Organise and allocate arriving stock
Submitting sales reports
Purchase order data entry
Stock inquiries support to the sales team
Ad doc duties as required
Comply with WHS standards
You will have:
Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Sound written and verbal communication
Fluent in Traditional Chinese - beneficial
Professional telephone manner
Sound computer skills in MS office
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work as part of a team
