The Company & Role

Working as the NSW Bid Coordinator, you will be newly Graduated or have 12 months' experience in Submissions. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your role with be responsible for the timely, innovative and professional submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) documents and tenders. The role involves managing timelines and deadlines whilst working alongside key Senior staff members such as Marketing Manager, General Manager, Construction Manager, Project Managers and Estimators to ensure everyone has completed their input into the technical document. These documents are submitted to Clients with pricing in order to win work. Their Client base covers State and Federal Government largely within Education & Health, Aged Care, Universities and Corporate Offices.

You will have a natural eye for design and any experience using InDesign will be viewed favourably. Your organisation and time keeping will be key strengths allied with an eye for detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or Construction
  • Any experience working within the Construction industry will be viewed favourably
  • InDesign experience is a positive but not essential
  • You will be deadline focused, a natural organiser and have the ability to manage up and down stream
  • You will have a friendly demeanour and be confident with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • You will be interested in the Construction industry and the Submissions process
  • This is a Bid/Submissions Coordination role, not a Marketing position
