About the role
The Executive Assistant is a newly created position and we have multiple opportunities across three Academic Units – UniSA Allied Health and Human Performance (CBD), UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences (CBD) and UniSA Education Futures (Magill). The Executive Assistant provides confidential, discreet and professional administrative support to the Executive Team. Working in a dynamic environment, you will provide executive support for a range of meetings, projects and events, and assist with the preparation of submissions, reports and correspondence.
Skills and experience
We are seeking applications from candidates who have:
High-level administrative experience working at a senior level and navigating complex diaries
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
Writing and editing skills with a high-level attention to detail
Effective communication skills across a diverse range of people
Advanced computer literacy skills to utilise a full range of software packages
