The Company
Are a well established, reputable and dynamic furniture wholesaler that have been servicing the major furniture retailers for 30+ years. With their premises at Padstow, they have a reputation for providing high quality products and exceptional service to their clients.

The Role
We are seeking a positive, friendly, hardworking and resilient person for a Customer Service & Administration coordinator role. Your time will be spent handling customer orders and queries via phone and email, and you will also be required to perform a number of general administrative functions like downloading and processing purchase orders, checking for accuracy/errors, receipt of invoices and good inwards and coordinating dispatch.

Hours of Works
This is a full time / permanent position working 38 hours a week.

Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Fridays 7.00am - 1.30pm


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service essential
  • Furniture background highly desirable (with an excellent understanding or furniture & fabrics etc ideal)
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A positive "can do" attitude!
