The role will focus on maintaining and raising brand standard in customer service at the Fitness Playground as well as administrative support required for all general office duties.

  • Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles.

  • Detailed knowledge of the Gym Environment.

  • Fitness Industry Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.

  • Record of achievements and success.


1/ Member Experience & Customer Feedback.

  • Go above and beyond the norm to enhance the member experience. 
  • Ensure members have exceptional experience at 3 key stages; first 30 days, when issues arise & upon cancellation.
  • Improving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Online Reviews, in areas within your control.
  • Turn customer complaints and cancellations into positive interactions.

2/ Business Administration

  • Ensure accurate entry and reporting on client management software.
  • Audit Contracts daily to ensure compliance with expectations.
  • Club processes and procedures are followed correctly to the benefit of the member. 
  • Manage Daily Reports
  • Use and manage business processes to ensure the ideal customer experience.
  • Increase Retention of Members and decline of cancellations through excellent service using save tools.

3/ Personal Training & Group Fitness Administration

  • Integration of new Members.
  • Uploading Personal Training Contracts.
  • Work with Personal Training and Group Fitness department to manage payments and invoices.
  • Personal Training & Group Fitness auditing.
  • Debt Management & Recovery.
