About the role
You will provide project administration support to our staff in South East Queensland (offices in Brisbane and Gold Coast), and other offices as required. You will also be an important member of our Business Support Team, providing support services to over 70 professional staff across eastern Australia.
This role is based in Brisbane, with the expectation that you will occasionally work from our Gold Coast office.
In this role you will:
Format complex proposals, reports and presentations in accordance with our company branding, and meet tight deadlines.
Assist with preparation and coordination of proposals, including completion of standard tender response forms.
Provide support to our project team, such as arranging logistics for field surveys, managing equipment, and data entry.
Set up projects in our management system, including document control, budgets, raising purchase orders, forecasting and invoicing.
Assist with client and subconsultant contract requirements
General reception and other office administrative duties.
Administer NGH management systems (asset management, audits, document filing).
You must be:
Highly proficient in MS Office suite
Able to multitask and reprioritise tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
