Customer Service Officer

Manpower are looking for 2 self-motivated, independent and dedicated telecommunications help desk representative to come on board.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 Customer service role, incident management, analysis customer issues
  • qualify severity to the issue and redirect it to the right service/person.
  • Assisting customers with general enquiries
  • Device set up assistance, Troubleshooting and repair queries
  • Assisting in booking devices in for repair and testing
  • Knowledge in Wireless Solutions (MICA, Mobiles Helpdesk and MOaM), PABXs, IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Software and Applications

About you:

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to learn new skills as well as bringing their current customer service skills to the role.

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

  • Needs to have a base line -high security clearance
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a service desk role, dealing with incident management Strong understanding of Service Fulfilment systems and capabilities
  • Strong customer and industry knowledge e.g: ADSL testing, IP Telephony, ADSL, BDSL and Frame Relay knowledge, PSTN and ISDN lines knowledge, Wireless solutions (Handsets, Service and application malfunctions)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail, technical and analytical mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • The ability to work under pressure/in a pressurised environment
