Your Role & Daily Activities

  • Executive project coordination & support

  • Event management

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Draft documents and polish presentations

  • Diary & meeting coordination

  • Board reporting

  • Director travel


Your Skills & Expertise

  • Experience in a similar role (i.e. 5+yrs)

  • Project coordination & event management

  • Solution focused; able to work autonomously

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Efficient with time and flexible with prioritising

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
