What you will do As the Invoicing Supervisor you are responsible for the management of the Central Invoicing team, this includes all workshop invoicing and frontline customer service. You will streamline and maintain quality of information received from the branches is sufficient to allow prompt closure of all Retail and New Vehicle Preparation invoices, as well as ensuring invoicing disputes are resolved within 21 days. This role reports into the Regional Executive and based in our Campbellfield head office.
Who you are
To be successful in this role you will bring your enthusiasm and understanding of technical terminology and concepts gained in the Automotive or Transportation industry. Right now you are working as a subject matter expert in an invoicing, warranty or a parts role and looking at expanding on your leadership and process improvement skills. You will have effective time management with strong attention to detail and accuracy to meet Branch KPI’s and weekly reporting deadlines. Experience in managing people and performance is essential for this role.
