We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work in with our small front end team to deliver a fantastic client experience. Previous veterinary and/or animal experience is preferred but not essential. This role may suit a previous medical receptionist.
The role includes making veterinary and boarding kennel appointments, emailing, making up patient medications, stock control, running blood tests using in house analysers, occasionally giving assistance to veterinary personnel with patients, cleaning, retail sales as well as maintenance of social media platforms.
Experience with Excel and Word (or similar) is necessary as well as being able to quickly learn our practice management software. Confidence on the phone and in person is essential.
The role includes weekday and Saturday shifts, to a total of approximately 36hrs per week.
