Inside Sales Executive - SaaS Software - $90K base + super / $140K OTE

The Company

My client is a leading Australian Software Vendor that boast cutting-edge SaaS and services around Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence, project & portfolio management and Integrated Risk Management solutions.   They have a broad customer base across diverse industry sectors including Government, Health, Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing to name a few. 

Their reputation is second to none; they are currently looking to appoint a seasoned Inside Sales Executive to drive business with mid-market an enterprise customers.     

 

The Role

Your main function in this role will be to develop new business prospects and be the first step in building sales pipeline for the sales team.   You will have ample resources at your disposal, including a robust digital marketing system generating leads, access to premier linkedin access and salesforce.com.

  • Identify potential clients and conduct needs analysis.
  • KPI and target driven approach.
  • Prospect for new business every day, set appointments for the BDMs.
  • Generate viable leads through strategic market analysis.  
  • New business hunting focus. 

You

You will ideally come from a similar SaaS based inside sales role.    We are looking for someone who is driven, autonomous and inspired by the challenge of building their career with an employer of choice.

  • Minimum of 3 years new business phone-based sales experience.
  • Successful sales experience within the digital space viewed favourably.   
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting daily KPIs and targets
  • You are someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and prospect.
