Sabre Corporation distributes premium Haircare brands to salons throughout Australia and New Zealand. We currently have the opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative to join our team based in South Australia. A monthly trip each month to regional South Australia will form part the area, but most of the business is based in Adelaide and surrounds. This role is initially a Part time role to start with, with a view to becoming a full time role in the future, based on results.
The successful candidate will require a high level of energy and be results driven to manage an existing client base, while looking for new opportunities to grow their territory. Having effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a track record in a prior Territory Sales Representative role is critical. Mostly, we are looking for a person who can build the territory through New Business Acquisition and is prepared to make the necessary calls to be successful.
The minimum requirements for consideration will be to meet the following selection criteria:
Must have a passion to sell. Demonstrate a strong background in developing business relationships with key clients. Have a proven track record of New Business. Prove to have excellent communication skills. Work autonomously with self-motivation and a positive attitude. Demonstrate a personal accountability for your work. Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business. Achieve and exceed pre-set monthly targets across multiple brands.
Willingness to travel on a monthly basis, up to 2 nights away. A current Australian Drivers Licence.
The successful candidate will receive, training, great salary + car Allowance + Generous monthly commission structure.
