Reporting to the General Manager, Governance & Business, you will provide administration and analytical support across a range of business areas including workplace safety, risk management, learning & development, safeguarding children and young people, human resources and strategy planning.
Your responsibilities will be many and varied. You will assume responsibility for the administrative co-ordination of regular meetings, annual conferences and monthly L&D webinars. This will encompass preparation of agendas, minute templates, invitations and room/zoom bookings. You will manage our annual staff engagement and volunteer satisfaction surveys. You will ensure our governance policies are up-to-date and easily accessible. You will create online L&D modules. You will undertake regular reporting for WHS and SCYP. You will be comfortable to host/facilitate our face to face Orientation Days which happen three times a year in our Thornleigh office. And, you will be happy to turn your hand to ad hoc projects.
You will take pride in your accuracy and attention to detail. You will be proficient in creating spreadsheets and identifying themes within reports for further analysis. Using your initiative will be paramount to success in this role.
You will either have a strong administrative background or be a proven business analyst/co-ordinator with the interest to broaden your knowledge and experience in the governance arena. An understanding of federated structures will be beneficial.
