We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Officer/ Parts Interpreter to join our team. The successful applicant will be a team player, who is self-motivated and will fit in with our core values of integrity, respect, accountability and professional behaviour.
The duties include, but not limited to:
Front Counter, Phone and Email sales.
Picking and Packing of customer orders.
Core skills and experience
Previous experience in Internal Sales or similar Role. (Desirable)
Parts interpretation knowledge in a similar industry (e.g. Motor vehicle or heavy machinery). (Desirable)
Demonstrated ability to use a PC.
Attention to detail.
Ability to communicate with a range of internal and external customers.
Be professional, self-motivated and able to work both individually and in teams.
Current C-Class WA Drivers Licence
Forklift Licence (Desirable)
The cover letter should clearly explain your abilities regarding the following key criteria.
Experience focusing on supplying the correct part/ product within a Sales role, and
Provision of exceptional customer service in Sales or similar environment.
