Service NSW is seeking Expression of Interest to create a talent pool for upcoming part time ongoing and temporary Customer Concierge Operator roles in our Newcastle Contact Centre.

To step into the Customer Concierge Operator role, you are someone who is passionate about delivering a great customer experience, every day in every way. You enjoy providing high quality customer service and being the first point of contact in a contact centre environment. You will also be comfortable working to KPIs achieving individual, team and customer goals.
Typical day for Customer Concierge Operator
Respond promptly to customers through a range of media including phone, online click to chat, email and/or other channels on a wide range of services. Triage and identify out of scope enquiries to appropriate resolver groups within the external to Service NSW. Record, maintain and administer accurate information about customers enquiries, sources of information and levels of assistance provided. Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery.
What we are looking for
Customer service experience - dealing with customers in a contact centre environment Attention to detail - handling information with accuracy Computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems Communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios
You may be required to work rotating shifts including afternoon and evening work from Monday to Sunday, consecutive weekend shifts and also work on public holidays. Please note that there are no set fixed shifts.
Package for Customer Concierge Operator roles includes a base salary range of ($53,464 - $57,970). These amounts will be pro-rated for part-time hours.
