Accounts Payable and Office Administrator

Jaymel Airconditioning are seeking a highly motivated, professional and friendly Accounts payable / Office Administrator to join our ever-growing team. The successful candidate will be support for the whole team and report directly to the managing director.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounts payable and general administrative duties. You will be an excellent communicator who has the ability to establish new relationships as well as up hold the existing with both internal and external clients. With experience in a similar role, your excellent organisational and administrative skills will provide a high level of support to both the Managing Director and staff in our close nit team. Previous experience in accounts is required and experience with Xero accounting and Simpro software is favourable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role and responsibilities are as follows but not restricted to:

  • Providing clerical, secretarial and administrative support as required by the managing director and team
  • Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, maintenance contracts, memos and emails
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for the managing director and other staff as required
  • Preparing agendas for meetings and schedules
  • Record, compile and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Participate in quality assurance
  • Management of technician and business licencing and training
  • Accounts payable to suppliers and associated payments
