You can play an integral role in its future success, as part of the client service function, in supporting the advisory team. This will enable the firms staff to be organised, informed, prepared and free to perform their duties efficiently. You will also play a major role in ensuring that client matters are handled in a manner consistent with the standards of the firm.

The Role

Reporting to the Practice Principal (for client related matters) and the Practice Manager (for practice related matters) in this important position, you will be responsible for assisting in assuring: 

a. Business efficiency provide new client file support, record all details within XPlan and WIP reports and research for the Advice Delivery team.  Complete work as allocated by the Senior CSO, support the Advice Delivery team in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of all Client Advice Implementation, Review and Portfolio Monitoring Reports. Prepare client reviews through the updating of client valuation reports, asset allocation charts, performance tables and graphs, as well as Financial Disclosure Statements, Opt-in Agreements and Client Service Agreements.  Completion of all relevant reports and presentation materials used in client and prospective client appointments.  

b. Client Relationships - set and monitor the adherence to customer service standards, oversee insurance claims and support clients throughout them, follow up overdue insurance premiums as directed. Respond to day to day queries from clients (non-advice)

c. Office maintenance manage booking of meeting rooms, maintain the office, meet and greet clients

  • Have gained some experience in a financial planning office;
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, and very good computer skills;
  • Are pro-active by nature, with strong initiative;
  • Are a clear and concise verbal and written communicator; and 
  • Are mature, professional and a good team member
