When is a call centre not a call centre When the people in the team create customer experiences that matter. Yes, we need the team to focus on sales, leads and conversions. Yes, were a business. But were a business with social impact. Every time our team converts a lead, we support another person to realise their potential. Heart that.

About the role
Youll lead the customer experience team. We say call centre but dont vision timed toilet breaks. Were as much about the experience for our people as our customers. The role reports to the GM Brand Experience so youll be working to implement our brand strategy through your team and across the business.
Youll need to have great call centre experience or experience in the community services space and an understanding of the NDIS. If you happen to have both we would so love to hear from you.
We also like to get flexible.
Maybe youd like to work different hours We feel we need someone full-time but hey, feel free to convince us otherwise.
