Reporting to the National Account Manager – Liquor, we have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic business development specialist based in Melbourne. This is a critical role to grow the On-Premise business in Victoria and be the brand specialist for one of our premium spirits brands supporting the national team. Broadly, the role is responsible for:
Growing and developing the end user customer base within the Victorian market with a particular focus on on-premise bar and off-premise channels
Manage liquor distributor accounts in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania
Implementing strategy to increase product sales/market share
Identification and development of new key account opportunities for the business
Maximising the distribution of premium beverage ranges.
Provide brand ambassador support for a premium spirits brand and represent the portfolio at key trade and consumer events.

Strong experience and understanding of premium beverages and spirits and on-premise / off-premise customers
Drive and enthusiasm to develop new business through existing customers and cold calling

An entrepreneurial and commercial approach combined with strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to develop longstanding and successful client relationships
