Scheduler / Admin

Immediate start at PJ Electrical & Air-Conditioning Services, Manunda, Qld

We require a highly organised, confident, multi-tasking Team Player, with a friendly outlook.

Position involves:

  • Creating and scheduling tasks for our Tradesmen
  • Sourcing, quoting, ordering and returning spare parts
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with a wide variety of Customers
  • Customer communications (bookings/updates/follow-ups etc)
  • Preparation of basic reports
  • Liaison with our Office and Field Staff
  • And much more!!


  • Professional, positive, CAN DO attitude
  • Neat appearance (uniforms will be supplied)
  • Excellent telephone, verbal and written communications skills
  • Accurate spelling and data entry.  (Min 50 to 60 wpm)
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous experience in the service industry preferred
  • Experience with AroFlo and Xero software a definite advantage.
