Variety is the key to this role with duties including:
Ordering supplies including stationery and other office supplies, opening new matter files in the practice management system, providing assistance with photocopying as required including by external providers.
Provide back-up for reception, welcoming clients and attending to a busy switchboard.
Learn the outside clerk duties so as to provide back-up for this position as required.
Mail: collect mail from post office box; stamp and record the incoming mail and distribute internally; collect outgoing mail throughout the day and immediately record in the mail records book.
On site parking is available.
Experience in a similar role would be well-regarded but is not essential as this is an entry level position. Good academic records will show a keenness to learn a nd attention to detail.
