Student Services


  • 3-4 Month contract
  • Based in the CBD close to public transport links
  • $34.00 per hour rotating roster 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Part-time flexible hours available

About the Role:

  • Working within a higher education provider in the student services team
  • Be the first point of contact for students, staff and stakeholders, face to face, via email and calls
  • Maintain student records and student database on a Student Management System
  • Helping with internal Hotline enquiries
  • General administration support and adhoc duties

Skills and experience:

  • Desirable if the candidate has experience within an education provider
  • Strong customer service skills both face to face and on the phone
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and have high attention to detail
  • Confident in the Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work rostered shifts between Monday to Friday
