Senior Office Administration

Experienced senior office administrator.

Pengelly Trucks & Trailers is a well respected leader in the Heavy Transport Industry specialising in used/new truck and trailer sales, repairs and spare parts with a trading history spanning 30 years.

We are seeking a full time Administration Officer with experience in all aspects of administration and has the ability to work closely with the Director and Operations Manager as well as our close knit admin team. 

The Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Strong All-Round Admin/Office skills
  • General I.T Skills
  • Accounting skills (Accounts Payable/Receivable/Invoicing/Bank Reconciliation)
  • As Financial Reporting experience an advantage
  • Payroll processing
  • Ability to work Autonomously
  • Experience in "Auto IT or Equip" an advantage
  • Very well organised
  • Great Time Management skills
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a stable work history in a similar role
  • Ability to Schedule work as required
