The Opportunity

You will be the first point of contact for our customers across the state, delivering a quality customer experience with every interaction. We have multiple full-time positions available.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver a quality customer experience in our contact centre via phone, web, email and letter.
  • Engage customers to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide a solution.
  • Perform billing and payments processes.
  • Maintain customer related data.

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and achieve team and individual KPI's.

We will be holding Assessment Centres for these positions on Tuesday 24 March and Wednesday 25 March 2020, between the hours of 9am 12:30pm and 1pm 4:30pm.
