office clerk

An opportunity has become available at Boone and Willard Plumbing for an office clerk. Your role would be to review  / match & check invoices / quotes / purchase orders / delivery dockets etc

Desired Experience / Skills:
    Computer Literate MS Word, Excel, Outlook
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Problem solving skills
    Time Management skills
    Ability to work either independently or as part of a team    

Role would consist of

  • reviewing invoices
  • Obtaining Quotes
  • liasing with project managers
  • Email Management
