Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a sales coordinator to showcase their customer service experience to achieve sales targets, with a great potential for further progression.

Working closely with sales engineers, logistics team as well as the external sales team, as a sales coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for supporting the sales engineers with quotation and order, key account management, inbound and outbound customer service, process hire equipment agreements, invoicing and updating business opportunities.

In addition, you will participate in the safety committee by taking on an active role in Work Health and Safety initiatives and best practices. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an industrial environment 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong management skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Applications
