Were looking for someone to bring value and order to our Administration role. You will be confident, self-motivated and hard-working and will provide business administration support and coordination of project resources to our team of professionals. Ideally you will have 5 10 years experience in a similar role.
You will organise, manage and perform an extensive array of administrative and professional support activities daily so you will have a strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines are due. You will be the primary point of administrative contact for both internal and external Clients and will work closely with a number of Senior members of the team, including providing day to day support to our company Directors.
Mandatory Requirements & Experience
Minimum 5 - 10 years demonstrated experience in an office environment carrying out a diverse range of administrative duties;
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks;
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision;
Self-motivated and effective in a team setting or individually; and
Knowledge of marketing principles highly regarded.
Along with the skills listed above the successful candidate will have good presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, first-rate interpersonal skills and be a strong problem solver with attention to detail and commitment to quality customer service.
