As Queensland Rail looks towards the future, we are focused on putting customers at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a Senior Customer Research and Insights Analyst to join our Customer Insights team for a fixed term period of 3 months. Our Customer Insights and Research team play a vital role in influencing this organisational shift. The team utilises customer research and operational data to develop and leverage insights to deliver business improvements, provide strategic advice and measure the customer experience on our network.
As a Senior Customer Research and Insights Analyst you will be responsible managing customer metrics reporting and leading key research projects. You will be technically strong in Microsoft Office, and have experience in some statistical software packages such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS or Q. To be successful in this role you will be excellent at analysing and identifying business recommendations, as well as driving data driven decisions throughout the business. You will also be a confident communicator, comfortable with liaising with a number of stakeholders across the organisation.
Other Key Requirements:
High level of skill in conducting market research and customer data analysis for a large organization
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Lead the development and implementation of new metrics across customer, brand and services.
The salary for this role is approximately $104,000.00 + Super.
Whilst this role is a fixed term opportunity for three months, as a fixed term employee you will still receive benefits including leave, free rail travel when traveling to and from work, generous superannuation and access to internal QR Careers opportunities.
