The Victoria Clinic is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and professional team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills to step into a rewarding career.

Are you a highly motivated and organised individual ready to undertake this key role The Executive Assistant is a pivotal member of the hospital team providing support for the executive and general staff.

The Victoria Clinic is a 52 bed private mental health facility with plans to expand in 2020. Situated in Prahran, close to public transport, restaurants and night life.

We offer free parking and an excellent location, close to public transport. Professional development opportunities are provided and supported.

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include:
  • Secretarial assistance to the General Manager
  • Coordination of meetings, agenda and minutes
  • Credentialing of Doctors
  • IT site coordination role
  • Management of site events
  • Conduct HR tasks - employment, personnel file management, staff on-boarding
  • Site payroll coordinator and staff assistance with other employment related matters

Essential Criteria:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can work independently, be self-motivated and work within a team environment
  • High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
