Adminstrative Assistant, Corporate Services (part-time)

About the Role

Our team is looking to fill a new position of Administration Assistant within our Corporate Services Team. You will provide general administrative support, great customer service and contribute to the smooth provision of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct assistance and support to the Corporate Coordinator
  • Provide administrative support to the VERTO Management team and Corporate Services team
  • General administrative duties including  travel, fleet management, training room & meeting room coordination
  • Data entry and data collection for reporting
  • File management and archiving

Key skills and attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills (internal & external)
  • Capability to be organised and task focused
  • Ability to multitask whilst maintaining good attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to work with people with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Team work approach
  • Current Drivers Licence
