Office Administrator - Permanent position

$60,000 per annum plus superannuation | Permanent position | Queanbeyan, NSW location


Our client is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Queanbeyan. They have over 25 years experience in providing the Canberra region with answers to their hydraulic concerns. Their workshop facilities and outstanding customer service is what sets them apart from their competitors. They pride themselves on being the one stop shop for all hydraulic requirements. As the Office Administrator you will be working as their first point of contact into the office with a high level of Accounts administration. To be successful for this role you will need to have in-depth MYOB Premier or bookkeeping experience and be a mature self-starter.


Duties will include:

  • Front of house people & phone management
  • Detailed invoicing
  • Assisting with quotes & proposals
  • Parts ordering, coordinating and daily entering of inventory
  • General administration support
  • Payroll
  • Leave and workplace compliance
  • Bi-monthly newsletter production


Skills & experience:

  • Highly organised
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in MYOB Premier or bookkeeping
  • Advanced Excel
  • Take initiative and sound judgements
