In this entry level role, you will provide administrative support to the product team and coordinate inventory management for our point of sale products across our titles.
Your responsibilities include:
General data entry e.g. upload and maintain book title information
Collate title information and sales figures for meetings
Run sales reports
Create point of sale product, request work and monitor orders
Skills and experience
Previous experience in a sales administration role
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent organisation skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A passion for books and reading
Experience or knowledge in the book industry is desirable but not essential
