We are a small to medium sized business providing services in the civil and rail maintenance sectors. An opportunity exists for a self-motivated individual to assist the office team and build on their knowledge and experience with us. We are located at Kemps Creek in western Sydney.
This is a Monday to Friday permanent full-time role, with some flexibility for daily start and finish times.
The successful applicant should be:
Confident to learn and able to deal efficiently with general enquiries
Able to maintain a high standard of customer service when dealing with Customers and Suppliers
Able to speak, write and communicate well in English
Well organised, with efficient time management
Confident in working within a small office team
Capable in Outlook, Word, Excel.
Confident to learn and use Customers data-base internet portals
As well as looking after front-of-house and providing general administration support to the office team, the successful applicant will be trained to progressively fill additional requirements of the role and, in time, will be expected to grow more into the following areas of the business.
General MYOB, including
Carrying out Bank Reconciliations
Arranging, processing and paying supplier invoices
Preparing and sending quotes, invoices and receipts to customers.
