Administration Assistant / Receptionist

Ray White Oxenford/Helensvale are seeking an Administration Assistant/ Receptionist to join their team.

The successful applicant will be:

         Well-groomed and neatly presented

         Professional and friendly telephone manner

         Exceptional communication skills

         Friendly and confident personality

         Customer focused with good people skills

         High attention to detail in both work and presentation

         Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task workload

         Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

         Competent computer skills

         Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook is a must and MyDesktop an advantage

         QLD Real Estate licence also an advantage

The successful applicant will be trained on our office procedures and software.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

         Answering phones

         Greeting clients and customers

         Processing listings

         Internet advertising

         Typing and processing contracts

         Supporting Sales Agents

         Assisting Property Management

         Maintaining office supplies

         Data entry

As this is a fast paced working environment, previous experience in Administration is essential. A current drivers licence and own car is required. 

This is a casual position, around 3 days a week, with hours to be negotiated with the suitable applicant
