PCCS is looking for an admin officer to act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality service and provide administrative support to the staff in triage, clinical programs and groups and activities as required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage all front and back of office duties (including phone calls, greeting visitors, mail distribution and sending, sending and receiving couriers, office equipment maintenance, catering, maintaining office supplies and stocking.
Assist in a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking notes as required.
Preparing meeting and activity rooms.
Place orders for stationery and office consumables, in order to prevent disruption to workflow and maintain resource allocation system
Maintain client management system and provide a variety of operational and administrative support for staff this includes but not limited to triage, wellbeing groups and clinical programs
** PCCS provides services to people with mental health and disability. Previous experience in engaging with people experiencing complex mental health issues is desirable
WHAT TO BRING
Qualification in Business administration or related discipline
Previous experience in an administrative position or similar role
At least one year's experience in an office-based role
Confidence, ability to work without close supervision, using effective time management skills
Demonstrated professional telephone skills
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
A well-ordered sense of priority and able to work on numerous tasks concurrently
Strong attention to detail
