Project Administration Assistant

The Project Administration Assistant is a professional able to support our project style body of works.  You will be front and centre to coordinate the jobs within our Projects Team and the rest of our organisation and our clients. You will have no issues in handling the concerns and issues from customers independently (over time) as well as act as the right hand for our fantastic project manager.
 

The activities of the Project Admin will be centralised around:

  • Understanding and take ownership of customer concerns, collate the response, with assistance from the team and respond.
  • Communication with internal and external project stakeholders
  • Assist the Project Manager and Account Managers to understand progress and budgets for the client's projects on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting in scheduling and assign work as ti comes in.
  • Handle customer feedback via our CSAT system, and assist in delivering post project documentation to we can understand our failing and work to improve on them.


The tasks will include:

  • Report generation following a predefined script as well as preparation of custom reports for project needs
  • Communication of concerns and issues
  • Assist PM/AM to monitor project metrics reporting and project finance management
  • Facilitation of internal and external communications and meetings
  • Monitoring of relations between project areas and active improvement submission
  • Assist organizing project resource management
  • Use ConnectWise, Kaseya and Brightgauge to be informed of the teams and own workload.
  • Working with others within different departments to continuously improve upon standards, procedures and processes.
  • Measuring, recording, analysing and improving on customer satisfaction for existing clients.
  • Understand the company vision, values and purpose and work according to these.
