Rycon Constructions is a leading Queensland builder based in Brisbane. We specialise in building one off Architecturally designed high end homes and large commercial developments.
We are currently looking for an Office Manager / PA to the Director to join our team to assist in the running of the office.
Answer the office phone as required
Print out supplier and subcontractor invoices and enter into Bizprac software
Prepare workplace health and safety plans for site
Assist with procuring, implementing and maintaining estimating software to work in conjunction with Bizprac
Maintenance on price files / estimator package
Filing and general office administrative duties
Provide support to Director and Construction Manager
Providing project status reports to the Director
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure Rycon remain competitive in the market place
Confirm / clarify scope of works with Suppliers and Subcontractors - Manage and set up work packages
Prepare contracts and subcontract agreements through Master Builder portal
Compile all required certificates for each project throughout the construction phase and compile / bind ready for final certificates and handover to client / Architects
You will have demonstrated strengths in time management, attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be able to communicate effectively.
