Office Manager

Our Canberra team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced all-rounder with exposure to or interest in the Construction industry. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within a friendly team environment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Office administration, travel arrangements
  • Reception duties as required
  • Working with Business Development, Estimating and Project Management team to achieve their daily objectives
  • Assist the team with tender documentation
  • Using your creative flair to problem solve and deliver on presentations and marketing materials
  • Liaise with subcontractors to make sure they receive correct documentation
  • Manage response chart
  • Write copy for Business Development team
  • Formatting resumes


  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role - commercial property and/or construction highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in reception and administrative procedures
  • Salesforce and Indesign experience highly desirable
  • Keen eye for detail and a proven creative approach for graphics, copy and marketing material
  • Ability to work autonomously in a close team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Strong MS Office and general IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Proven experience in general accounting support tasks eg-ability to reconcile financial statements
  • Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude
  • Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
