Property/Facilities Officer

The Role:
Previous experience working in a similar Facilities role within a NFP environment is highly regarded. Experience with the negotiation, drafting and implementation of leases at a commercial level is desirable.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee negotiation and management of leases and licenses. 
Liaise with Local Government.
Management of Scout Group records including property, motor and marine assets, database.
Administer insurance policies and claims.
Administer office phones, IT and security.

  • Sound organisation and interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT in general
  • C Class Drivers Licence
