We are a member of a National Accounting Group with 13 offices Australia wide and have recently expanded to include a financial planning arm.
Due to an exciting phase of growth and with a client base that has expanded, we are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Client Support Administrator to join our firm.
This a full-time position role. This role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure. Experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but limited to:-
Reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls
Liaising with clients, internal staff and other professionals including ATO and ASIC by telephone and email
Support smooth running of organisation
Making and managing client appointments including diary management
Maintain stocks of basic stationery items including amenities supplies
Receipt of payments at reception and settle payments using EFTPOS machine and fee from refund facility
Preparation of client correspondence
Assisting with client management matters
General administration support to Partner and Accountants

Proficiency in MS word, excel and outlook
Professional phone manner and be well presented
