To be successful in this role it is required that you can demonstrate the following:
Provide professional and efficient customer service to the stakeholders, its staff, clients and the community;
Provide administration support to the office team;
Reception duties, as required to answer phones, greet visitors and assist them with enquiries;
Prepare and format presentations;
Develop and maintain templates, procedures and documents to manage administration efficiencies;
Diary management and scheduling of appointments and/or events;
Manage the day to day administration function.
This role would suit someone with:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with all stakeholders;
Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised with time management skills, with the ability to multitask;
Strong proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in the MS Office Suite;
Highly developed and proven customer service skills including experience in following correct procedures when dealing with challenging situations;
Confident, decisive and proactive in sharing creative and innovative ideas;
A willingness to support the team and keen to learn;
An interest in agriculture, horticulture and/or the environment will be advantageous.
It will be an advantage if you have a Cert III Business Administration (minimum) and/or relevant experience.
You will fit right into the team if you also have diplomacy, energy, professionalism and a sense of humour.
Reporting to the Extension & Engagement Manager, the position is located in the Sydney Markets, Homebush and will be offered as a full time role. There is on site parking available and the office is within walking distance to public transport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high achieving and dynamic team.
