An opportunity has emerged for a responsible, professional person to join our team within a healthcare environment. Previous clerical and/or office experience is essential.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional person to assist with the day to day functions of a reception/administration support team. Applicants must have an ability to work as a member of a team and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced practice. Attention to detail is essential.
We have two permanent part time positions available.
Both position are 5 days a fortnight working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday the first week and Monday and Tuesday the second week. The hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (these hours are not negotiable)
These positions are available for an immediate start.
Our reception team are the first point of contact for our patients and are required to be professional at all times and perform the following duties on a daily basis:
greet patients on arrival and discharge
liaise with doctors and nursing staff
ensure all records are accurate, up to date and easily available within an electronic environment.
assist in administrative duties as directed
