  • Support the Team Leader to ensure maintenance and restoration of Councils assets are carried out
  • To perform all works in a safe, efficient and effective manner
  • To support in other areas of the unit as required.

Things You'll Do:

The Civil Operations business unit is an operational unit which is responsible for delivering reactive and planned maintenance / restoration works on civil assets. 

Reporting to the Team Leader, this hands on position will be accountable for:

  • Strong leadership to assist with the growth of team members
  • Encourage and display Councils workforce culture
  • Assist in providing a safe work environment
  • Deliver strong and effective customer service to the community
  • Monitor performance of work teams, operators and contractors to ensure works are being carried out.
