The Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA) is seeking a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join its small team in North Sydney soon relocating to St Leonards.
The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for planning, organising and managing all ASA digital marketing with the purpose of engaging members, raising the ASA profile and generating external interest in events and membership. This role will give you true ownership of the digital channels of the ASA.
You will be responsible for:
Management of the ASA's digital marketing including email newsletters and websites.
Management of the ASA's social media including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Develop and manage the ASA SEO strategy.
Monthly reporting and recommendations on all digital campaigns across the channels.
Providing advice and guidance on digital trends and best practice.
Managing the website, social media, and newsletters for joint Anaesthesia Continuing Education activities (ACE).
Provide secretarial support to the Communications Committee
Assist in the preparation and management of the communications budget
To ensure your success in this position you will require:
Demonstrable experience managing a variety of digital marketing channels.
Experience in data analysis across all channel metrics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media, and how to leverage these channels effectively.
Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, positive and well organised.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
Experienced with WordPress website and website developers (e.g. briefs, wireframes, user-flows, site maps).
