Seng's operate branches in both Kingaroy and Bundaberg. Seng's Bundaberg are also dealers for Deutz Fahr Tractors.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person lead our Bundaberg branch.

Responsibilities of Branch Manager/Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
Oversee productivity and operations of all key areas of the business including Service, Parts & Accounts.
Provide support and supervision (staff performance) to staff in these key areas to ensure productivity remains high.
Liaise with Dealer Principals regarding business operations and identify/discuss issues to be addressed.
Prospect potential customers in the market for agricultural machinery to drive sales
Utilise relevant sales tools and proven experience to develop leads and grow customer base and monthly sales.
Strive to reach sales targets and canvas opportunities.
Continue to maintain regular contact and strengthen relationships with customers to ensure service support remains a priority.
It is a necessity that our Branch Manager/Sales representative are personable, motivated and can effective lead a team.
