We are a fast paced fencing company that has established a solid foothold within the Building & Construction Industry circles since 1995.

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic person to join our fast paced, tight knit team.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and our enviable repeat clientele base of both Residential & Commercial clients. The successful applicant would have to be able to liaise effectively with a broad range of clients to strengthen existing bonds and help create new ones.


This role will see you
    Working from our Head Office based in Toongabbie.
    Work closely with the Management, Estimators, Ordering and Fabrications Department to ensure smooth running of Client Projects and the Estimations Department.
    Communicate and consult with Upper Management, Project Managers & Site Foremans, Suppliers, Estimations, Draftmen & Installation personnel, warehouse/yard staff and other related Authorities for job related issues.
    Work within Company internal computing and manual systems.
    Ensure Estimators are fulfilling job leads issued in an effective and efficient manner.
    Work with Estimators to ensure job profitability, labour budget management, material availability, costing for client site preliminary compliancy requirements/documentation etc.
    Help oversee site inspections scheduling, installer capability, job & installer scheduling, invoice approval, billing, collections and client relations.
    Prepare design fabrication mock-up drawings for draftsman based on estimators information and site photographs in file.
    Check, amend, recommend design/changes and approve fabrication drawings for manufacture.
    Police job files to ensure system adherence and correct job information before hand off from Estimations Department to Operations Department for job progression.
    Co-ordinate fabrication and job orders liaising directly with Fabrication & Ordering Department & warehouse/yard staff effectively.
    Ensure adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost & safety requirements.
    Obtain job progression information daily from Estimators within your Department and Fabrication & Ordering clerk.
    Obtain client confirmations of job completion for all jobs & client photos of any site issues before handoff/actioning by Accounts Department.
    Complete job handover from Operations Department to Accounts Department daily.

You have:

Have minimum of 2 years experience in Fabrication background, preferably within the Fencing or Building and Construction Industry.

Possess competent Computer Skills.

Understand and can calculate angles, rakes and levels from plans and onsite.

Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Are a chronological and analytical thinker with exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Possess outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage busy working schedule.

Have a current White Card, Drivers Lic and own vehicle.

Have Full Australian working rights

Have previous experience in the industry (highly regarded)
