Administration / Accounts officer

We require an experienced mature age administration / Accounts officer with minimum 5 years experience.

Candidates must prove:

Experience in Xero and Microsoft office

Experience in Office Management & Administration

Experience in data entry 

Excellent written and verbal communication 

Extremely organised 

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Highly Motivated 

 

This is Full time position Monday to Friday from 8:00-16:30 (ability to work outside of those hours if required) 

 

Job Description:

Managing Payroll & HR 

Managing Accounts Payable & Receivables 

General financial operations of the business 

Ordering and maintaining supplies 

Maintain and coordinate Assets

Process & Prepare required paperwork for new Jobs from start to finish
